The first group consisted of 5 anglers. The camp offered a warm welcome, and the weather greeted them with warm sunshine. This weather held for the first half of the week. Optimism was abundant, and immediately after lunch, everyone rushed to the home pool. On the first day, the anglers headed to their pools with smiles, which resulted in one fish lost and a catch of 95cm.
Throughout the week, smiles remained on the anglers’ faces, even though there weren’t many catches, although there were some small takes and catches of sea trout. From the middle of the week, the weather began to change to rainy and cloudy, and a north wind started to blow, making casting difficult. At this point, takes began to occur, and the first couple of fish were landed.
On the penultimate day, one of the anglers also caught a couple of small salmon, and the culmination of the week was the last day of fishing. They caught 4 salmon, two of which were fresh run. The water level dropped by 35cm over the week.
